ProMaterial is committed to conducting business with honesty and integrity. All staff are expected to report suspected wrongdoing as early as possible.

This policy applies to employees, consultants, contractors, casual workers, and agency workers.

What is whistleblowing

Whistleblowing is the reporting of suspected wrongdoing or danger linked to company activities, including fraud, bribery, tax evasion facilitation, safety risks, environmental harm, or breaches of legal/professional obligations.

How to raise a concern

Confidentiality and external disclosures

We encourage open reporting and will keep identity confidential where possible. Anonymous disclosures can be difficult to investigate.

We expect concerns to be raised internally first. External reporting may be appropriate in limited circumstances under law.

Protection and support

No one should suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern, even if mistaken. Retaliation is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action. Maliciously false allegations may also lead to disciplinary action.
